Welcome to Afford.

We are here to provide you with accommodation and housing, community connection, disability supports and employment services so that you can live the life you choose and feel connected in your community.

Our impact also goes beyond our delivery of disability services – we partner across the sector to ensure the voices of people living with disability are heard and valued.

As a registered NDIS provider we work with you so that you can make informed and great choices about your NDIS funding. We listen to your decisions, and we take a rights-based approach to service that puts you at the centre of everything we do.

We provide a variety of services in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia and offer the following services.

• Supported Independent Living (SIL) and disability housing solutions
• Short-term accommodation (STA) and disability respite care
• Community services, Community programs and participation
• Employment Services, including Disability Employment Support (DES) and School Leavers Employment Support (SLES)
• Supported employment opportunities, and;
• NDIS Support Coordination

We have been working with the disability community for more than 70 years and are one of the largest disability service providers in Australia. Afford is committed to seeing you build your life skills, increase your capacity and achieve your goals.
